FAQ: Accessing Business Intelligence Research & Reports
NMMA recently enhanced its enterprise systems to improve how members and customers access Business Intelligence (BI) research and reports. As part of this transition, some reports are now accessed through a new platform, while others remain available in our legacy system.
The FAQs below are designed to help you quickly determine where to access your reports, which system to use based on your purchase history, and what steps to take if you need help signing in. Whether you’re accessing previously purchased content or obtaining new reports, this guide will help ensure a smooth experience.

Where do I access my Business Intelligence (BI) research and reports?
NMMA recently launched the NMMA Member Engage Portal, meaning access depends on when the report was originally acquired:
All BI research or reports purchased/downloaded before October 27 should continue to be accessed through the association website (NMMA.org). Downloads can be accessed from the My Reports page.
Any BI research or reports purchased/downloaded on or after October 27 should be accessed in the Engage Portal (Engage.NMMA.org). Downloads can be accessed from the My Downloads page.
What if I don’t know whether my report was purchased before or after the ESI launch?
If you’re unsure, you can:- Log into the NMMA website to see if the report appears in the My Reports page.
- Log into the Engage Portal to see if the report appears in My Downloads page.

My report is free as part of my membership benefits. Where should I access it?
New reports that are included at no cost as a membership benefit, in addition to those that that require a paid subscription, should be accessed from the Engage Portal.
I’ve never logged into the Engage Portal before. How do I get access?
You will need to follow the on-screen first-time login instructions to set up your Engage Portal credentials.
What if I no longer have my login for the association website (NMMA.org)?
Use the website site’s Forgot your password feature.
Will my historical reports eventually move to the Engage Portal?
At this time, historical report access will remain in the association website. Any updates to this timeline will be shared with members in advance.
What if my organization has multiple users who need access?
User access is tied to individual accounts. Additional users may need to:- Be added to your company record, and
- Activate their Engage Portal login.
Who should I contact if I have issues accessing a report?
Please reach out to [email protected]. Providing the report name, purchase date, and the system you attempted to access will help resolve the issue quickly.
