NMMA’s New Powerboat Registrations Report has been updated with November data, and most segments are up year over year (YOY). Advance data show new powerboat registrations were up 6.4% YOY for the 12 months through November. Highlights from the report include:

• PWC, pontoon and saltwater fish segments continue to be high-volume growth leaders:  up 7.3%, 9.6% and 8.4% on a rolling 12-month (R12M) YOY basis, respectively.
• Outboard boats are up 6.3% (R12M) and inboard boats are up 13% (R12M).  Sterndrive boats however continue to lag, down 1.4%.
• Larger boats 27’+ were up 11.8% through November (R12M YOY).
