Boat Building Forecasts Indicate Growth through 2019, New Report Available
The 2016 ITR Economics Forecast for Boat Building Production, Q3, is now available to download on NMMA.org and is free to NMMA members. The report includes forecasts through mid-2019 on wholesale shipments as well as historical data trends and rates of change in the United States. Highlights from this quarter’s report include:
- Production forecasts were upwardly revised in Q3 to reflect accelerating growth, with quarterly growth up 12% and annual growth up 10.9%.
- Forecasts indicate growth to continue through June 2019, decelerating towards the end of 2018.
